The mission of Pixley Union School District Community Schools program is to enhance the well-being of rural communities by serving as a central hub for essential services.  

Pixley Union School Districts Community Schools vision is to connect every family to support services, assess and remove barriers, and empower individuals to enhance the quality of life.  

The Pixley Union School District Community Services Center helps engage, educate, and inform members of our school community on available resources. We look to improve educational outcomes of our students and provide families in our community tools to improve their quality of life.

1. Conduct educational workshops and community resource presentations on various topics.

2. Host meetings for parents and community committees.

3. Connect community members with essential resources, including career services, food assistance, housing support, and clothing.

4. Facilitate services from partner agencies, such as healthcare, legal aid, mental health support, and social services.

5. Provide case management services, including crisis management, home visits, referrals to services, assistance with legal paperwork, translation services, and basic career exploration.
