Tomorrow, October 31st is Halloween. If your student choses to participate in dressing up, they must follow the guidelines in the flyer attached.
We will also be having a Halloween dance at the end of the school day. If you prefer your child not to participate in the dance, please contact the office and let us know. Have a wonderful day!

Today we are having a safety meeting with our local responders again at the elementary campus.
Hi all Pixley Families. Parent Teacher conferences are in full swing this week in the GYM. Tomorrow, Wednesday, Oct 16th, we will have conferences from 130-7pm and our last day will be Thursday from 130-4. If you missed your scheduled time and need to make it up, call the office or email your child's teacher to reschedule tomorrow or Thursday.
Also, tomorrow, Oct 16th, we will have for purchase: Tacos, snowcones, and flavored lemonades. Yummy....

On Friday, ASB Dress up PJ day was a huge success for staff and students! It was a fun day to be comfy for everyone!
Happy Sunday Pixley Families. We had an exciting Friday with lots of fun! We celebrated our students who were chosen for the Character Counts pillar- Respect at an assembly and all students and staff attended.

Good Afternoon Pixley Families. This week we continue with Cross country practices after school and on Friday, 10/18 at Sundale a Cross Country championships!
This Friday we have our Respect Character Counts Assemblies.
Next Week we have our Parent Teacher Conferences Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 1:30-4pm and Wednesday from 1:30-7pm. On Wednesday we will have tacos, snow cones, and flavored lemonades available for purchase from 2-6pm. We hope to see you all!! If you have any questions, please call the office.
Good Afternoon Pixley Families. We have seen an increase in students having gum at school and instead of throwing away, students are putting it under tables/desks and on the ground. Please remind your student that gum is not allowed at school.

We have fun things coming up in the next few weeks: EL Banquet Thursday, September 26th; Student Rally on Friday, Sept 27th; Character Counts Respect Assembly- October 11th ( 8th grade @ 2:15 pm, 6/7 @ 3:00 pm);
Parent Teacher Conferences October 14-17; Harvest Carnival Friday, October 25th; Day of the Dead event Wednesday, October 30th, No School for students Friday, November 1st (Staff Professional Development). Lots going on this upcoming month! Hope to see soon!
