Children & Youth Mobile Crisis Team

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday | 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., excluding holidays and school breaks

Tulare County Mental Health initiated the Children
and Youth Mobile Crisis Teams program to expand
existing crisis services to children and youth 21
years of age and younger by:
Enhancing direct support during the initial
contact with young individuals facing mental
health crises and substance use disorders.
Implementing clinical assessment, triage, and
in- person clinical follow-up for both new
and existing consumers.

to support children and youth aged 21 and under
experiencing a crisis related to mental health
concerns or substance use.
For adults aged 22 and over: If you require crisis
services, please contact our 24-Hour Emergency
Line (1-800-320-1616). Tulare County offers
additional programs tailored to the needs of adults.
