Do you all have an anticipated install start date?
We will review the proposals and bring to the board for approval hopefully in Februrary. Once approved by the board, we hope to schedule the install soon.
Projector, what are the projector lumens you are looking for?
Our current projector was 6,500 lumens and it was not bright enough, we had to dim the lights and as it got older it got dimmer and dimmer, so we are looking for something brighter than 6,500 lumens. We want the video to be fully visible with all the lights on and sunlight through the windows
Budget, What is the budget you are looking to invest in the overall project and specifically into audio?
We have some money set aside for the projector and audio upgrade. We will upgrade with what we can and continue to make improvements in the future.
Warranty, can you clarify what industry standard means to Pixley?
In regards to workmanship, i am expecting a 1 year warranty from the date of completion. For example, if the audio isn't grouded properly and is making excessive noise the vendor should come out and resolve the issue
In regards to parts and materials, i am expecting a 1 year parts warranty from the date of completion. For example if the projector fails multiple times and needs to be replaced / exchanged.
Would another day be available for the optional walkthrough
